Get to Know the Resource Centers

The Resource Centers within the Lakeland Branch and the Tampa Service Center are open Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and are closed on Friday.

Located in Lakeland at 1831 N. Gilmore Ave. and in Tampa at 5002 W. Lemon St., the Resource Centers have a wealth of resources and friendly staff available to help you enrich your troop meetings! From books to games, select movies to flags and sports equipment, you’ll find just the thing to check-out for your next meeting.

The Resource Centers also have Program Totes to check-out for Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors. Troops and volunteers from throughout GSWCF’s eight-county jurisdiction my reserve totes from the program tote list, regardless of which county they are in. These totes can help you work on a petal, try-it, badge or charm, as well as different topics relevant to the Girl Scout Program. A small fee and a deposit is required to check out any of the totes; deposits are accepted by check or credit card (no cash) and will only be deposited/processed if the materials are returned late, damaged or incomplete. Fees are accepted in cash, check or credit card.

Please complete the Program Totes and Equipment Request Form found on our Resources/Forms web page to reserve totes as least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
